Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient end to end management of accounting, taxation and treasury processes.
- Manage the monthly, quarterly and yearly financial close activities and reporting tasks in close alignment with the CFO.
- Take a leading role in operating and further develop the internal control systems for finance.
- Assist the CFO with ad hoc requests, digitalization projects and process improvements.
- Support the activities of the business departments such as Sales, After-Sales Marketing, PR and Business Development by providing consultancy and professional accounting & tax services.
- Ensure close alignment with the central finance departments of Porsche AG in all related and concerned matters.

Candidate Profile:
Academic and professional background, fields of experience, knowledge and skills:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance or other relevant field of study.
- At least 5 years working experience in accounting, tax or related external auditing.
- Substantial experience with IFRS and SAP FI.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and a deeper accounting system understanding.
- Fluent English and Norwegian language skills mandatory, German skills appreciated.
- Efficient, structured, analytical.
- Experience from reporting to a global HQ is an advantage.
- Very good written and oral presentation skills.
- Certification as accountant or auditor is preferred.
